Retreat and Residential Offerings
My retreat and residential offerings are not yet a reality, but I wanted to create this page to tell you a little about what I’m envisioning.
There is a certain depth of personal work that is simply impossible to accomplish in the middle of our day-to-day lives. In order to access that level of work, we need space and time away from the grind to allow us to go deep enough to plant the seeds for extraordinary transformation. And frankly, nothing short of extraordinary transformation is required of each of us endeavoring to change the world.
I envision retreats that offer space for container building, productive struggle, skills training, reflection, emotional vulnerability, grief, and growth.
Currently, I am most excited about offering a one-week deep dive into the content, exercises, and reflection necessary to begin working directly with the deep operating system, what I think of as the “live wire” of oppression, addiction, stuckness, and imbalance.
