Learning to work with conflict is an essential skill for social change advocates. In this workshop, I teach the basics of conflict work and outline my approach to navigating it. Advanced Conflict Techniques
It’s one thing to navigate disagreement between two people of similar access to power and privilege. When the number of participants increases, and complex power dynamics are at play, conflict becomes much more difficult. Register for this workshop if you’d like to learn advanced techniques for participating in and facilitating these kinds of conflicts.
